Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Menurl. These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Menurl platform ("Service") operated by Andrea Calotychos ("we", "our" or "Service Provider"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

Menurl is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides restaurant operators with tools to:

• Create and manage customizable digital menus
• Generate QR codes for contactless menu access
• Manage orders and tables (in supported plans)
• Process payments through Stripe integration (in supported plans)
• Analyze restaurant performance through dashboard and reporting

4. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You can register as a natural person with VAT number or as a legally constituted entity.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered through various monthly subscription plans managed through Stripe:

Billing is managed by Stripe in accordance with their terms of service. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violate any local, state, national or international law
• Upload harmful, defamatory, obscene or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unwanted communications
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and structure are owned by Andrea Calotychos and are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property laws. Content you upload remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it in providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Italian law, Andrea Calotychos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your data may be retained for a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Via Francesco Cigna 64, 10152 Torino (TO), Italy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting them on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
